First Author Update
Alright, so, one of my loveliest friends Ms. Kathy Jung, suggested I should add author updates to my website. So, basically like, that's what this is going to be.
So what have I been up to as far as writing? Hm, well, I've been working on editing this YA novel I've been working on for what feels like forever. I want to send it to a literary and hopefully get it published. Here's a little preview of it:
I've also been working on writing a new novel, and I've written less than 9,000 words, but I'm pretty excited about it.
My story, Stay With Me, was dubbed #10 on the list of The Best 1D Fanfic, which I find pretty fantastic. Here's the link for that:
I emailed a book store in Myrtle Beach about stocking my book because I chickened out on asking them while I was actually in the store, and they said they don't stock local authors. Technically I'm not local, but we all know that's not what they meant. ;)
I went to a local book store and they said to email them and we'd talk terms, but they haven't gotten back to me.
Niall Horan's birthday is on the 13th, Jimmy Fallon's is the 19th, and Nick Jonas' is on the 16th, and while it may not be a big deal to you, it is to me. The 15th is also the last day In the Heart of an Unsocial Butterfly is signed up for KDP, so I'm going to be giving away my book free from the 13th-15th. I'm not going to re-enroll it because I'd like to branch out to other platforms, meaning in the near future it won't only be available for e-book on Kindle, but hopefully others as well.
